After a long journey to Nice and after a bit of sun on the beach, we opted to head upstairs at the Le Meridien to enjoy what we had been assured was an amazing view and exceptional food. We are not usually keen to the hotel restaurant route but in this case, we are glad we did. One of the most enjoyable meals we have ever experienced. A few highlights below…
