Those that have followed our blog on prior journeys know we are big fans of the hop on hop off buses you find around the world in most major cities. There is no better cheap way to independently see a city’s highlights! We began in the port terminal buying our passes and before long we were on the bus and enjoying the narration and beautiful weather.

The bus headed along the waterfront to the north passing the green corridor we explored the day before. Our first hop off was for China Town. Anyone know why a City’s China Town is a must see while you travel? frankly, this one wasn’t nearly as impressive as most including our stop in Singapore.

At a subsequent stop, we found tapas for lunch at De Lućia in the market in the Mercado San Telmo district. We highly recommend this for a lovely and varied lunch.
After lunch all we had energy and time for was hopping back on the bus to catch a few more memories before heading back to the ship.

It was time to say goodbye to Buenos Aries and onward to Montevideo, Uruguay for a two day stay!
